Who I am beyond Design

More than a product designer, I’m a creative builder and storyteller.

I believe good design doesn’t just look good—it feels intentional, intuitive, and a little bit magical.

My background is a mix of motion design, ministry, media, and tech, which means I don’t see design as just screens and specs—I see people, stories, and connection. I love the challenge of turning ideas into experiences that actually work, not just wireframes that look pretty.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me making espresso I probably didn’t need, listening to music that makes me cry (or want to run through a wall), or cracking up over random moments with friends and family.

My inspirations and interests

My inspirations & interests

I find inspiration in a lot of places—storytelling, faith, motion design, and those little everyday moments that make life feel full.

I’m a big fan of being outdoors—especially when the weather’s just right. Nature helps me reset and think clearly. I love capturing things through my lens too—photography is one of my favorite ways to document beauty in the in-between moments.

And of course, my dog keeps me grounded. She's part sidekick, part emotional support, and always down for a good walk.

I’m also a huge believer in community—both online and IRL. Whether it’s collaborating with a team or mentoring other creatives, I care a lot about creating safe, encouraging spaces for people to grow and thrive.

Looking ahead

Right now, I’m in a season of sharpening my product design skills—digging deeper into strategy, structure, and how things actually work behind the scenes.

I still light up when I get to add motion into UI—microinteractions, onboarding moments, or little animations that guide the user without saying a word.

I thrive in challenges that keep me on my toes. I genuinely enjoy problem-solving—figuring out what’s not working, why it’s not working, and how to make it better. The more complex the puzzle, the more determined I get.

I’m excited to keep building work that’s thoughtful, functional, and a little bit unexpected.
